A Football coach, womens basketball coach, baseball coach and now mens basketball coach all in like the first two years of his tenure. Thats crazy

Actually it's all happened within the past 9 months.
I love it.
Clean slate.

It’s not crazy. It was always his plan. I love Wade, but I can’t understand how anybody didn’t see this coming from a mile away.

Has to be a rare feat for an AD.

Basically means he will either get a lifetime contract or be fired within the next 5 years based on how all these hires work out.

I totally agree. LSU needed to clean house throughout the athletic department. Go back and look at most of the standings in all the different sports. Not all of them were bad. Most of them were,

At least at school as big as lsu. I can see it happening at a small school like Ga St or wherever

You could see it coming when we hired him. Orgeron was never going to be a long term coach here and Mainieri was showing signs of being on the way out the last few years. The only question was what would come of the Will Wade situation but I guess that is all settled now
Pretty obvious he would have to make some big time coaching hires pretty early on

Last year arizona replaced the football, basketball, baseball, and softball coach within the academic school year

How has it worked for Arizona?

We need new coaches on a few sports. Baseball needs some better staff coaches for sure. We really need new tennis coaches. We should be top 20 every year. It is not working trying to get the top American players. We need to recruit South America better. I know of two great former players loving in Brazil who I talk to regularly who would help in recruiting. We also have a former top 5 player who has a tennis academy in Orlando from there also. They would love to help.

Pretty good in basketball. Baseball and softball off to good starts though those programs where in good shape. Football is a mess

TEX A&M does it regularly but no one says shite!!!

Not sure why this is being downvoted. You have a new AD hired from a night profile school. The new school has an investigation ongoing. One that threatens “constitutional control”. Why would a clean slate not be a good plan?

Did SW tip the NCAA?
