Joe Biden, the Foreign Policy Expert, completely failed to act in a proactive manner to address the situation back in January, 2022, when it became clear that Russia was moving towards war.
When it comes to preventing war, Biden and the United Nations are completely useless. Obviously, those two exist for some other purpose. That purpose is to advance Globalism, and, sometimes advancing Globalism can be helped by waging war.

I mean there really wasn't a way to avoid war without completely destroying the sovereignty of Ukraine.
The world would basically have told Ukraine, "look we don't want to deal with the effects of Russia bullying you, so you need to give up crucial areas in your eastern region to allow Russia to connect to Crimea to assert even more power against you in the future...oh and you formally have to give up Crimea, which was illegally taken from you a few years ago, too. Thanks"
