The dementia causes a few problems. It's a repeated pattern. He thinks he can make racial jokes and people will like him like it's the 1970s and he's just ribbing ole Sammy Jr. He forgets this has been a political faux pas for decades and especially his constituents have gone overboard recently demanding political correctness gone wild and declaring all "microaggressions" enforcing systemic slavery racism. Here's your person right here, who seems uncomfortable around blacks and makes racist jokes enforcing the systemic racism. But no we're literally having CNN guess what racist thoughts Trump is thinking. And also the dementia fumbles the delivery entirely and the media ignores it, and it saves them from having to face what hypocrites they are.

Anyone who is anti-racist cannot support Biden.
Just last year, Biden awkwardly hailed Masters golf champion Hideki Matsuyama as a “Japanese boy” during a press conference in the Rose Garden with Japan’s Prime Minister Yoshihide Suga.
And during a 2021 FEMA briefing, Biden called former Louisiana congressman & current senior advisor Cedric Richmond — "boy".
"I'm here with my senior adviser and boy, who knows Louisiana very, very well and New Orleans, Cedric Richmond," Biden said at a press briefing with FEMA after Hurricane Ida rocked Louisiana.
Notice, you will NEVER find a clip of Biden calling a white male — “boy”. Ever. Biden is and always will be a racist. There are plenty more clips & quotes of Biden badmouthing black Americans.

There's a 30 second video in the twitter replies. In context in makes more sense as a bad joke about a fighter pilot, which one of them was. Which is what he mentioned 5 seconds prior to the clip you posted.
