Does it matter?
In other words, if you consider your country to be corrupt, would you still be interested in involvement in foreign conflicts?
Or maybe you just don't consider your country to be corrupt?

I don’t actually know very many people who want war with Russia but my lines in the sand are: does Russia escalate war crimes in Ukraine (nukes, mass-murder of civilians); and do they invade a NATO country? If they do either of these things, then the US should go to war. My expectation is that they won’t and direct intervention won’t be necessary.
Is my country corrupt? Absolutely, and I’m not talking about the Biden administration.

What your doing is your minimizing the corruption in your own country by focusing on what Russia can and can't do.
Your excusing & ignoring the corruption and injustice here in America. If it can be ignored or given a lower priority than Ukraine, how important can it really be?

Hardly. If you think America is so corrupt that you’d never go to war for it, that’s your opinion. My position is that America is corrupt and but I’d still fight a just war for it.

No. Who gives a shite if your government is corrupt. A smaller country is being invaded by a larger country led by a lunatic bent on ethno-nationalist conquest. Moreover, that lunatic is indiscriminately bombing civilians.
Many Americans “love their country but not their government”. Ukrainians feel the same way and so do others willing to fight for them.
