I don't know I believe all that, but the reports of Azov Batallion using civilians as human shields has been widespread for years.
I've seen video of dudes with yellow arm bands pulling people out of cars tying them up. Basically not letting civilians leave so they have some human shields.
I tend to believe that more because they are desperate and things will get inhumane very quickly there.

It isn't hard for me to believe that. There was a list of stories fed to us, like the ghost of Kyiv, that turned out to be complete BS and we still believe them over anything remotely pro Russia.
