You can stomp your feet and blame the Ukrainian war all you want, but the truth is gas prices have been rising for a solid year and the Biden administration has flat out refused to increase production.
This administration’s goal from the start is to make it harder for oil and gas companies to do their jobs. There’s no way to spin it. If someone thinks they’ve done a single thing to help companies produce more then please name it.

You can't blame Obama for astronomical gasoline prices that occurred during the Bush years. I remember when gas was $4/gallon in the summer of '08 and it took over $100 each to fill my wife's Expedition and my Chevrolet P/U.

Disrupt the world’s economy by locking everything down and see what happens. Our “green” energy policies as well as the “anti-Russia” movement is hurting people as well.
Stupidity has a cost.

Very good, very good. Now, how will our Propaganda Machine blame all of this on Trump?

Topped off on the way back from Orlando somewhere in FL off I-10 yesterday. 13.5 gal of diesel was $64.69. Bucees in AL had the cheapest gas and diesel.

Has nothing to do with the OP.

Ramping up oil production would help lower prices. But US producers won’t fill that gap
Like many industries in the course of the pandemic, oil producers are combating a shortage of workers. They’re additionally having bother sourcing a few of the tools they would have to ramp up production, together with pipes and specialised sand utilized in fracking to extract shale oil.
“They can’t find people, and can’t find equipment,” mentioned Robert McNally, president of consulting agency Rapidan Energy Group. “It’s not like they’re available at a premium price. They’re just not available.”
...
Another issue doubtless making oil corporations cautious about investing an excessive amount of, too quick is 2020’s oil bust. The early days of the pandemic drove oil briefly to negative pricing, leading to a spate of bankruptcies throughout the trade.
“They’re more confident we don’t have to worry about a bust, [but] they’re not uncorking the champagne,” McNally mentioned. “2020 is still fresh in their minds….They’re still scarred.”
Apparently very few people on this board remember when oil futures were negative in 2020.

The sole reason this war is happening are the policies and corruption of Joe Biden and his crack whore son.
This isn’t an exactly Difficult to understand - unless you flat don’t want to

That's gas, not oil.

You don’t think about the economic and political instability there?
I do. Do you?

What about the moratorium on oil and gas leasing on federal land and water?
That's had an effect, but it's obvious why you want to exaggerate that factor and ignore the elephants in the room of the effect on the industry the oil price crash of 2020 had, as well as the potential effect removing the supply of the world's third largest producer from the global market has.

you guys can try and make excuses for the blown up economy, or you can admit you’re retarded and let the grown ups handle this.
So this is what Biden Derangement Syndrome looks like. Ignore the OP, ignore the facts, and resort to ad-hominem attacks. Yep, pretty much looks like TDS did. Congratulations.
Turns out, these memes work both ways.

That's actually a salient point. He's probably had more of an effect on prices that way, than any of his energy policies have.
But you're still ignoring the effect the 2020 price crash has had on the oil producers.

Just saw $4.29 at a Tom Thumb in Pace, FL., which is just north of Pensacola. Murphy’s down the road was $3.79. I paid $4.29 at the Murphy’s yesterday for non-ethanol.

None of what you posted in response negates the fact that the world's third largest oil producer is in a war jeopardizing their share of the global oil market.
None of your failed deflection attempts change the fact that gas prices were already rising before this “war”, or that the dementia patient you voted for provoked this “war.”

Oh that has no effect on fuel prices? I could have sworn many boilers, furnaces, cokers, etc ran on said natural gas. I guess we don’t have to look at refining operations cost when looking at gasoline and diesel prices.
Way to conveniently leave out the emissions regulations as an effect on operations costs at refineries as well.
Throwing out memes when your argument turns to shite? I guess that’s better than most of you peoples plans. Hey, inflation is out of control, let’s dump another couple trillion of government spending into the economy to fix it.

The third largest oil producing nation in the world just started a war by invading a sovereign nation. This puts their entire production at risk in the global oil market. Is their any surprise that prices go up when so much supply is threatened?
Yet another example of shameless intellectual dishonesty coming from you. It's pathetic

Wow. This just might be the most moronic thing you could have possibly said. Of course this affects all prices.
