And there’s this “elite talent” myth that’s going around. Recruiting has been much improved and it’s been a nice surprise but it’s not at the level of teams some posters are demanding we be on par with already record wise. Wade has recruited 5 NBA players since arriving at LSU, Kentucky has had 17 in that time. We’ve had 1 late first round pick under Wade, Kentucky has had 4 lottery picks and twice has had multiple lottery pics in the same draft. People saying that not making deep runs every season already is a failure are totally ignorant when it comes to the landscape of college basketball.

Adam Miller has been the missing link and the injuries took their toll. If that doesn’t happen, this team has 25-27 wins.
