I loved Cade Beloso. He has super power and a nice swing. I always rooted for him, but is he now the new Wally Pipp?

Yes, torn ACL with season ending surgery. Another player accidentally fell into the side of Beloso’s leg causing the injury.
My source is Beloso and his dad who both confirmed it several days ago. My nephew (godchild) currently plays baseball at Tulane & played HS and travel ball with Cade. They remain good friends today and talk regularly
