I never heard this until 24 hours ago. Now every media outlet is saying he is a “different” person. Why didn’t they tell us this weeks ago?

That’s a good question. Numerous people that have had interactions over the year have come out. The French President said he seemed ill the last time they spoke.
I think he’s on a suicide mission. There’s no going back now, he has screwed Russia for years to come. Just hope he doesn’t double down and do something really dumb.

I tend to gravitate towards Jennifer Griffin's analysis, and she said the eyes don't lie. He's unhinged to the point of rabid dog mad.

She must have read the Biden quote where he quoted Joe Biden when Joe Biden addressed the eyes of Putin.
