Protecting Russia from an outside power that has invaded 3 times in recent history or he is a mad man that wants to control all eastern Europe for personal gain. Which makes the most logical sense?

They don’t have the ability to control Western Europe and nobody said anything about going that far.

If you meant to type Eastern Europe then your second option makes more sense by a pretty larger margin.

He’s not a mad man, Putin is just a “global elite” trying to increase his power and wealth.

He’s no different than the other (primarily western) people that a lot of folks on TD like to attach the “global elite” boogeyman moniker to
