RV Spot for Spanish Town Parade?

How do you get an RV spot for the Spanish Town Parade? Does anyone know any lots that rent spaces? Or is this a free for all?

The only place i have seen people put those is like around north boulevard at like 5th street in that parking lot behind the bars.
Other than that, where would you park one?
Cause if you pulled up on river road and took up 7 parking spaces, you are a POS
