Looking for the best early April skiing spot in the New Mexico, lower Colorado area.
I have skied Ruidoso, Red River, Angel Fire, Wolf Creek and Durango at Christmas and Thanksgiving previously. Just wondering what options may be out there.
Thank ya kindly.

Here's the Ski NM site - this might be a good place to start, but it looks like you've skied the better ones, with the exception of Taos.
Pretty sure RR closes at the end of March. Taos is open through April 10, and with a 60+" base, then that's prolly going to be your best bet.

Are you opposed to chasing the snow and waiting? That’s what id do personally, April you are pushing your luck for it to be too warm in places to ski. Many places it’s the highest precipitation of the year, but it’s just warm.

Taos. Be forewarned, it's a difficult mountain. I found it to be very steep.
