When the team went 5-0 for the first time since like 1973? Isn't it nice that this has become the norm?
The rent-a-wins cheapen it a little, but not much.

Amen! My entire childhood was spent watching Miami and Nebraska and FSU and everybody but LSU it seemed with winning programs. This is a golden era for LSU both on and off the field...

better than 73... we ended on a 3 game slide... starting with a thursday night loss to bama.... then the dreadful 14-00 loss to tulane.. and an orange bowl loss to penn state.

does anyone recall the late hit on matt mauck when we were in the red zone. i think matt threw a TD pass on the play, but it was obvious the FLA player took a shot at our QB a second or two after the ball was released. not even CBS nor the announcers said anything about it.....who was the FLA player?

its ok if we lose to florida or georgia, just not to alabama. if thats what happens we will still go to the SEC championship and the winner of the SEC goes to Nat'l championship. that will soon be the knew rule.

Yea, I remember. This season looks kinda similar so far. Oklahoma was the best college football team of all time, and we beat their asses to win the NC.
