I'm not sure I've ever said that, at least not recently. There's no doubt that the casualty ratio is at least 7:1 in Russia's favor however (likely higher than 10:1). That shouldn't be a controversial assessment either but here we are.

No doubt, probably closer to 20-1 if you dont believe the propaganda.

Ah yes, of course. Lots of armies with a 7:1 positive casualty ratio give up on advancing their offensives.

You, with a straight face, believe that Russia, who has been on the offense the majority of this war… and who has, throughout their entire history, lost far more men than their opponents, has a 7:1 to 10:1 ratio?
