They won't. As long as Putin is in power they will start destabilizing Ukraine the day after it is signed. If Ukraine is forced to compromise on a deal, they better be ready to fight Ivan again, and they know it. Look at Putin's track record since 2014. I don't believe Putin is capable of accepting defeat, he would drive Russia into the abyss for his personal agenda.
