Look, I want LSU to sign this kid as much as everyone else, but let’s not act like you can’t get drafted if you play at Boston College.
Matt Ryan and AJ Dillon are just the two (2) quickest examples that popped in my head.

If he wants a shot at the pros, Boston College would be a dead end. Now if he wants a graduate degree, maybe BC is the right fit.
An invite to the Combine is what it takes. Has to get PT to show he has the tools to get the invite. Gotta think he'd get them here but a smart, Catholic, upper midwest kid is probably more at home and in tune w/his future after football there at South Bend or in the northeast.
Sucks for us.

might be the most ignorant thing I've read on the RB. If a player is good enough, the NFL talent scouts will find him. The Saints roster has professionals who played at the following colleges: Southern Oregon, West Georgia, West Texas State, Fordham, Monmouth, Arkansas Pine Bluff, Assumption, Saginaw Valley State. Every NFL roster has a similar list of colleges.
regarding BC, worked out pretty well for this LB. Sadly, concussions ended his career way to short.

With 8 catches in his career, I am betting getting a graduate degree is the best path
