My 2 cents.

The new wife doesn't want to grow old in NOLA. Can't blame her.

The daughter wants a job in sports media. Dallas is one of the biggest sports media markets in the world. NOLA is not.

When you are a super wealthy sports celebrity, Dallas is a very nice place to live and work. NOLA is not.

The sad fact is that NOLA is barely worthy of having an NFL franchise, and, as time passes, its worthiness will only decrease.

Dallas is where Sean's ex wife is. That's not where he's going.

Sean loves the Nola music scene and party culture, and living uptown. He is my neighbor. He was just done with the coaching grind and the added stress imposed by Covid.

It’s really not worthy, and why Tom Benson (proud New Orleanian) could see the writing on the wall after Katrina and tried to move.

Gayle is even more emotionally attached (in spite of being carjacked herself); but would expect a mega offer once she passes and will be to good of an opportunity not to relocate.
