Then nobody would take it in the first place and you would have kids leaving Louisiana before college. At least with TOPS you are keeping them around for 4ish years and they are working and contributing to the economy.

They also go out and have successful careers and donate money and time back to the university. Like I said in an earlier post, if you don't like it talk to your state representatives and get the rules changes. I'm not going to feel bad for making the best decision for my future.
