Yeah, I don’t get why they didn’t just give David Culley another year if Lovie Smith (who was on Culley’s staff, anyway) is the best they can do.

No shite. That guy had a terrible team at least competitive relative to what they were. Lovie Smith is terrible, damn what a joke of a organization. The NFL should step in and force ownership to sell.
