Now what the NCAA can do is tighten up how many players a team can sign, not allow back counting and tighten up the transfer portal. Make it harder for teams to cut players and or for players to pick up and transfer.

This makes good sense. Maybe drop it to 20 per class. Leave more guys to spread around to other schools. Make them sit a year. NCAA is pretty limited here overall. This ruling sucks.

since we really can't compete with the biggest players in NIL we are going to need to get players on the rebound out of the transfer portal. The transfer portal is going to be a bigger benefit for LSU than a team like aTm. The transfer rule the way it is now, with no year of waiting, is good for LSU unless NIL is somehow gotton under control. While NIL seems to have hurt LSU recruiting, the transfer portal has been our friend.
