This is where I was too.
The Rooney rule was an attempt to increase the incidents of minorities in the hiring process.
It wasn't a guarantee of being hired. And, a situation where a team found the guy they liked before the minority was interviewed shouldn't be viewed as a negative.
This is the world we live in. We have a president who decided he was going to nominate a USSC Justice based on skin color and gender.
I can't support Flores and won't support the Saints if they hired him.
