I cringe seeing unsleeved cards in one touch cases

That would go for a pretty penny, but college cards don't have near the pull as NFL cards, even if the college is a 1/1 patch auto compared to a parallel.

I'd much rather your card too tho

I hate that they are doing sticker autos now!

I see a lot of people like myself that collect the players in their LSU uniforms I know they aren’t worth as much as them in their professional uniforms but I like LSU more.
His LSU uniform is the only ones I've purchased.

Solid pull there. I'd list it now. Grading through beckett or Psa will take too long. Golden grading might be your best bet

What tier did you submit it at? Feel like there is no reason not to submit it via express or drop off.

I bought a couple of JB 2020 rookie cards months ago. Bought as a little piece of personal memento (along with the SI cover of 2020 championship). I am by no means a sports card collector of any kind. Having said that, do rookie cards hold up any value? Any collectors or sports cards experts here can explain about rookie cards vs. preserving some type of value?
TIA.

It depends on the card. Some 2020 rookies are already selling for 6 figures, some will never sell for more than $6.

If the card is shortprinted autographed or both they should hold value. It is hard to see them appreciating as there is so much expectation already priced into the cards, and the card market is near an all time high in terms of popularity.

If the cards are base cards, they will never have much value.

Hell a CGC 10 JB9 base card is going for $150-200 right now

Those Joe Burrow cards are my cards. That douche bag stole my pics and claiming they are his. I can rearrange them and send pics to prove it

Only a very small percentage of cards should grade that high.

people said the same thing during the last sports card bubble before it popped 20 years ago. The only cards that are actually retaining value long-term are cards from the 80s and prior before the market became oversaturated. I say this as someone who accumulated probably 20k baseball cards as a kid in the 90s through the early 2000s. Cards that were "worth over a grand" then are now worth a fraction of that. The only cards I have that still have held their value are cards from the 60s and prior and a couple cards in the 80s like a Ken Griffey Jr UD rookie card

The prices people are paying for cards right now is just silly. It's going to be another beanie babies situation.

god forbid random internet posters thought cards belonged to user HTF4U instead of user Tigerfan821

Thanks for clearing that up for everyone

Got another suggestion? Move those college unis quick. The only other idea I would have is to get a raw grading at a show

CSG is what you're looking for. $20/card and 60 business day turnaround.

Plus you're using the largest grading company in the world and not some random mom and pop shop
