I’m sure this enough blame to go around.

A lot of the designs were probably not intended for such wet climates.

OTOH, the quality of individuals put in those houses likely didn’t do ANY maintenance at all.

My father-in-law is fond of saying, "All God's blessings require maintenance."

That’s what happens when a dumb movie star thinks because he read a bunch of Architectural Digest or maybe even played an architect in a movie, that, that makes him an expert!

This has nothing to do with the upkeep and everything to do with the design and build of the units!!

Pitt had good intentions but poor execution! I believe he himself helped “designed” some of them! Jee, I wondered which ones?!

Such BS

yes it was extensively documented that none of them did any maint at all and a lot of the complaints were for shite like green mold on the outside of the house that a simple scrubbing with bleach would remove as well as other complaints that go back to simple remedies like caulking and painting would fix.

these ungrateful trash literally moved into brand new houses and trashed them, then did nothing to keep them clean or maintain it, then now want to sue to get money and another free brand new house so they can in turn trash that place and sue whoever built it.

who knew if you give something nice to trash they will trash it and then be ungrateful about it and sue you for giving it to them

only a liberal could be that naive
