Impossible unless you're already "used to" not much sleep. If you get 5-6 hours a night, you've likely forgotten how good it feels to get 8 hours every night for a week. Once I got to 8-9 hours per night for about 2 weeks straight, I could never go back to that difficult-to-describe slight feeling of haziness that inevitably comes after a 4-5 hour night.
