If it was just one player then yes. But its not just one player. We lost 5 of the top 10 in state this class and next year, as it looks right now, 4 of the top 6 are likely to go elsewhere. The difference between winning and losing a lot of games come down to just one player making big plays and being a difference maker, and we need all those players we can get.

The biggest draw of coaching LSU is the talent in state, and keeping that talent.

If LSU HC has this kind of attitude like you show here, the program will be trash. Can’t just expect players to show up cause you are LSU. Fortunately BK made it a point to say the most important thing is getting the Louisiana talent to LSU.
