Most likely Days and Pinson out again saturday

You should put a "?" in your title. It currently reads as if you are giving an injury report rather than asking for one

Days and Pinson need to sit as long as they need and this team can hold out till they are 100% ready. It wont be easy, but this team needs gut out 3 wins against TCU, Ole Piss and Vandy. That should be another week of rest for both Days and Pinson and will help this team down that final stretch of games

Eason - cramps (according to Wade). No reason he isn't 100%.
Days/Pinson - they appear to not want to rush either of these back, which is smart. I believe Wade said Pinson was able to do some stuff in pregame that he hasn't been previously doing, so that must mean he is getting closer.
Unless they are 10000000% sure they are 100% I wouldn't expect to see either of them Saturday. Beating TCU would be nice, but we are in a position right now where winning a non conference game isn't going to make or break the season. Having them for the back stretch of conference games is much more important. We aren't desperate for quad 1 wins.

while I would agree we are not desperate for Quad 1 wins and I would not play either unless they are 100% ready, TCU would be a Quad 1 win and ultimately it could make a difference down the road in our tournament seeding. But hell IMHO we should have been at least 1 probably two rungs better seeded than we were last year so what do I know.

It is not going to make or break the season, but winning a non-conf. road game against a solid power conference opponent would be much more impactful than beating someone like Ole Miss at home. I'm not saying you rush back guys who physically aren't ready to go, but if you could ONLY win one of the games over the next four or so, beating TCU would be it.
The committee wants to see diversity in your resume. They want to see you can win away from home. A win at TCU would not only be a road win. It would be a road win against a potential NCAAT team from another power conf. When you are splitting hairs in March those are some of the big things that can tip the scales in your favor.
TCU is not a name that necessarily moves the needle. But it is a bigger opportunity for LSU than some people might think

I don't see him rushing them back for TCU
They can beat TCU without them and you need them more for SEC play which is more important
It's not the end of the world losing a non conf game at this point and risking bringing both back too soon

TCU is equivalent to A$M. It took all you had with that roster to win at home. Winning on the road vs a similar team will be a tall order.

We won with Eason not playing valuable minutes down the stretch due to cramps. And A&M probably has better athletes than TCU.

I see them as pretty much identical teams and their records and NET's show that. LSU hasn't exactly been great on the road this year against good teams.

It will be interesting to see O’Neal evolve. He took minutes from Reid in crunch time last night.
Reid has had a tough time since SEC schedule started. Interesting to see if O’Neal can bring more to the table with his shooting, rebounding and athletic ability.
Needs to shoot 200 ft a day after practice.

Really, TCU is probably a lot like LSU. They are a top 20 defensive team, but a 130+ offensive team. The one spot where they really excel in on the offensive glass. Number 3 nationally in offensive rebounding %. LSU has, including this season, always had their issues with defensive rebounding. I would imagine Wade is going to make it a huge point of emphasis for LSU to get on the defensive glass this game (much like they did vs. Kentucky). TCU is not a good offensive team. So don't give them second and third shots when they inevitably miss the first. The one big thing that does favor LSU is TCU is just as bad as the Tigers in taking care of the ball. They turn it over a ton.
This really has all the makings of a "rock fight" where the first team to reach 63 may win.

True……but ignorance is bliss….don’t assume everybody had College English!!

Eason is fine. Had cramp and put on an IV but not enough time to get him back into the game last night
.
Pinson definitely out.
Days, possible, but sounds doubtful.
Inside source.

So how bad is Pinson's knee?

Yea I’d like to know this as well. Wade said a week at the most the day after and it’s been 3 weeks or so

He was at least able to do a pretty extensive warmup/workout session before the game yesterday.
Maybe Wade’s thinking is to not risk him in a non-conference game and let him rest 6 more days until Tuesday.
