I'd find a new pediatrician ASAP. My daughter's pediatrician has not worn a mask in his office once since Covid started and says he is more concerned with very young kids getting the flu. My daughter is 11 and in October at her yearly checkup when asking his thoughts on the vaccine for children he said "we can discuss this again next year, too early for any recommendation".
