Tell them to keep asking about a transfer if they rent comfortable there. Or tell them to speak with the doc and ask all questions and demand answers in English.

Maybe the respiratory therapist would be helpful to speak it about the oxygen levels??

They have tried transfer for 3 days. "No beds anywhere" is all they keep getting. And this is SMALL TOWN HOSPITAL. I literally would not stop there for stitches. They understand this also, but they went to the larger hospitals first nearby and they wouldnt do anything but send her back home. This was her onoy option. And when you cant breath, you go wherever you can. I understand fully r3mdisvir is dangerous, i myself have an Rx for ivermectin sitting on the counter. But they are past that point, and desperate.
