Remdisvir isn't going to stop this.
She hasn't made it to bipap or vapotherm yet...she shouldn't need a vent yet.
Not being there makes it impossible to know the situation.
*edit to add. If the hospital doesn't have those things available then slap a 100% NRB on her and transport her to ANYWHERE that can. Every hospital should have those capabilities.
