She will need constant kidney function tests to make sure WHEN reduction in function occurs that they are at least aware its happening.

Do not make the mistake of assuming they will check without you asking or even if you do, but you need to try.

Everything I've read recently indicates that Ivermectin, HCQ and Famotidine are more effective early, once the infection sets in they do not have the same impact and that steroids and other treatments should be considered but I am not an MD or Anthony Fauci so proceed at your own risk.
