No. No she did not. She tried to keep things internal until that option was no longer possible. Then she started reporting things not as a matter of protecting the young women but more for self preservation.
Every LSU employee is required to train annually on what to do in sexual harassment/assault situations. In that training they are directed to report violations DIRECTLY to the title IX office. She violated those rules on numerous occasions

Except the Athletic Director mandated bypassing the Title 9 office
