As someone mentioned, Phoenix West is about the only one I can think of that has all of that.
I don't recommend that place all that much because it's too big. The elevators get stupid crowded at times and the beach as well.
If you don't have to be right on the beach but can be right across the road, Portofino Resort in Pensacola Beach is good for kids.
Destin West Resort in Ft. Walton was also pretty fun for my kids long ago. They had a beach front side and a bay side with a connecting walkover bridge.
On the bay side was a lazy river and nice pool, etc. Next door was a hotel that had a splash pad and a very nice pool that you used to be able to use if you were staying at Destin West.

We stayed at SeaChase last summer for my daughter’s birthday mainly because she wanted a really good pool and I wanted to be on the beach. There was still a good bit of construction going on but it seemed to be really nice for kids.
