Our government became infiltrated with Trotskyists post-WW2. There's a reason why DNC internationalists and neocons have a religious-like belief in permanent war. It's simply an extension of Marxist dogma regarding permanent revolution. We didn't fight Communism in the Cold War, we fought Stalinism.

All this does make me think how much both sides have at risk in Ukraine
If they are indeed the playground of the politicians looking to enrich themselves I could root for Putin temporarily.
