Every one of those cops who were in charge of the raid should face murder charges.
The fact that they couldn't take the time to make absolutely sure the target of the raid was even there is unforgivable.
They won't face murder charges, we all know that. But they should at least be fired with loss of pension and benefits. At the very least.
