I feel like it's not an unreasonable expectation to make the people that are allowed to ticket, detain, arrest, and kill you to wear clearly identifiable uniforms and have badging and lighting on their vehicles that clearly identifies them as law enforcement, and not just somebody that bought a black Tahoe and put some cool flashy led's on it.
