Again a another one tough to grade. He was a part of of a couple weak secondaries at OU and TTU though. Solid recruiter, with some much needed ties for LSU football in the Texas/OU area.
You can’t give a CB coach who has never coached CBs anything higher than a C-
Cooks isn’t very good at his job either. He’s a C- as well

I really don’t think you should be the one grading anyone when you don’t even know how to spell correctly
