If it passes, we will lose the constitutionality issue. Congress can pass it and will be legal because the Constitution gives them the power to do this. We need to defeat in the Senate which will happen because it won’t get 60 votes.

The election districts would not be federalized, they would simply have to be drawn up by non-partisan statisticians.
And I like the 6-1 match. It would reduce the influence of lobbyists and all sorts of people like that.
However the crazy insance "let non citizens vote" idea is BLATANTLY unconstitutional. There is NO WAY the SCOTUS says that is a-ok and believe me there will be challenges to this law. And how.

if it passed, there’d probably be a convention of states before that happened. federalizing elections is declaring war on your populace
