Anyone grabbing it? Let the board know if it is a good port or a cash grab port. I've played through twice so I'm not interested in jumping in immediately but I hope it is a decent port and I'll grab it on sale.

Pro tip: if you're running an Nvidia gpu, download the latest driver. I jumped straight into the game (because I was mostly just setting up my settings) and I realized my gpu was maxing out, but not going above 420mhz. Once I updated the driver, all smooth. In the tutorial (post-cinematic) area, I'm getting what I would say is an average of about 100fps at 3440x1440, Ultra preset, DLSS set to Quality with an RTX 3080.
Shutting it down for the night, though. I'll get some actual gameplay in tomorrow.

Im hoping Ragnarok is released on PC, even not at launch so I don't need to buy a PS5.

BR, and appreciated, but I already have one
(in particular, one of these: LINK Just finished my second "big" fight (the last of the tutorial section, to avoid spoilers), and while I didn't have much issue with it, I'm already seeing that later fights are likely going to present problems as more weapons/attacks are added. When I fire the game back up, I'm going to test out how fluidly it will let me switch back and forth between kb/m and a controller, the former for navigation/puzzles and the latter for combat. I'll report back.
As an interesting note going back to hardware, this game is pushing my GPU harder than anything I've ever fired up, which strikes me as a bit odd being it's no where near the most intensive game. I'm consistently moving between 90fps and 110fps, but my temps are significantly higher than they normally are when gaming, and are honestly behaving more like they would if I would be running a stress test. With my undervolt and custom (lower) fan curve, I normally sit around 62-65c on the core. I glanced up just before exiting and my GPU core was at 72c. Fortunately, my memory junction temp was "just" 92c, which while a toucher higher than the standard 88-90c, isn't remarkable.
It's not causing problems or anything, but I'm genuinely curious why this game is running so much hotter than games normally do for me.

That actually reminds me: the game has a cap of 120fps in settings (and can be lowered from there). I was finding some slightly odd frame time behavior when I would get above that (because it didn't seem to be behaving as a hardware hard cap). So I added a hard cap of 120fps in the Nvidia control panel, which smoothed that out. With that said, because of the average frame rates I'm getting, I'll probably lower the cap to like 110fps, just for consistency.

I've had experiences in the past of games hitching a bit when switching back and forth. Regardless, I tried playing for a while with a controller and hated it, even in combat. Went back to kb/m
I've got about five hours of playtime in. Zero crashes, and the only time I'll so much as drop a frame is during area transitions. So far, it's playing really well.
