Imo he is implying the recovery is shorter with the vaccine therefore the contagious period is shorter.
And if the recovery is actually shorter, why are both groups quarantining for the same length of time?

It's just a mental leap on his part.
You might as well ask Skeletor or Megatron for actual answers or information. Even if you received info from some sort of authority...it's usually a lie.

I thought that viral load was less for vaccination, which should mean that the window for being contagious is shorter. Is that line of thinking correct in any way?
