One question: Was the deaf speedster using modern day sign language at the various ancient locations (Mesopotamia, Babylon, etc.)?

She was using American Sign Language, as opposed to British Sign Language or Ausul which is Australian. The actress also created new signs for names and other things that had no equivalent in ASL.

I hate to defend anything about this movie, but using modern sign language in ancient Mesopotamia is no more ridiculous than their speaking English in that same setting.

Please return to trashing this horrible movie.
