Think perishables because the shipping on them is often double the price. Your favorite andouille, tasso, capers, frozen crawfish tails of Louisiana origin (none of the SEAsia or Spanish), popcorn rice (they ship, but it's more than double the price), Merlitons, some of the Zatarans mixes that are unknown elsewhere, the precooked dark roux for cuts left over from venison etc.
