No, he isn’t even the primary person in the article. The article is about pay disparity between what is effectively a grad assistant and the head football coach.
Collins is quoted in conversation with another person of color in reference to how BK speaks to people who are not perceived as important.

If you want to be mad, which I feel like you do. Then be mad at the writer, not Collis temple.

This is not a race thing, I've heard from several people that Kelly is lacking in interpersonal skills. If he wins this won't be an issue, if he struggles early it'll be bad.

But there was another guy that worked here that the same could have been said about, but he won and folks got in line.

IMO people who scour the net for these type of BS articles and bring them here, when literally nobody even knew or cared about the article are the problem. All you did was get everyone at each other's throats over a nothing burger article, that literally mean nothing. But you got what you wanted, I'm sure you're sitting back enjoying your work.
