I’ve had all three of those brands several times over with no issues. I prefer Sony because I like the user interface, but not really a big deal.
Look at the TCL 6 series, they’re also very solid quality for the money.

I've got two TCL series 6, 65 inch sets. One on the patio and one in the bedroom. Excellent sets for the money.
