Should be moot. The judges are forcing that argument with their propaganda. I've not listened SC judges very often, but I now have a very low admiration for all of them. Can no one bring up what this should be about?

It's the complete politicalization of "science", real science.
Peer reviewed journals ... which are completely anti-science.
The data just is what it is. We used to hypothesize, test, review ... lather, rinse, repeat.
Now we have review boards who politicize everything so the SC thinks they can rule on whether the vaccines are required based on how effective they are.
It's complete clown world and as someone who grew up getting multiple STEM degrees, I hate what "science" has become ...
