How can Kimberly Potter go off to prison for the remainder of her life, and Michael LeRoy Byrd walk the streets free, looking forward to a nice government retirement? Just another shining example of the two tiered justice system we have, and of politics determining judicial courses of action rather than the facts of the incident.
Ashli Babbit was by far the victim of the most weighty crime that occurred at the Capital that day; say her name.

Disparate outcomes aside, the state of Minnesota has an entirely different justice system than DC or the Federal government. Looking for identical outcomes across jurisdictions is a fools errand--especially when dealing with political decisions such as the one not to charge Byrd.
