Danco makes a pretty good pair for around $30, I wasn't convinced they would but I can attest to the fact the cutters will cut through the Daiichi Bleeding treble hooks found on Custom Corkys. My current pair have been on my wade belt a couple of years, get 3 years out of a pair and then retire them for a new pair.

CUDA makes some nice fishing accessories. I have a 2-3 pairs of their fishing pliers, some knives and a bunch of other products. Quality for sure

Beg to differ on dancos. Got a $35 pair from superior, broke the literal first use pulling the hook out of a sappers mouth. Returned superior exchanged them and second pair lasted maybe 2 outings.
