Saints were an expansion team in 1967 and didnt get first playoff win until 2000 (so yes over 30 years). Since 2000 the Saints have obviously won quite a few playoff games in different seasons.

Bengals started in 1968, won first playoff game in 1981, won some more playoff games in 1988 and 1990...but since 1990 havent won a playoff game. So a little bit different. Saints struggles came as an expansion team basically never getting right till year 2000. Bengals actually won some games as an expansion team eventually, then suddenly after 1990 just have never won another

They had two SB appearances mixed in there as well.

And I find it amazing that Ken Anderson still holds most of the Bengals passing records considering just how much the rules have been tweaked in favor of the passing game in the last 40 years. Probably the most underrated QB in NFL history.
