Would love to see the original basketball arena be used in some capacity. It's still great to walk in there and look around...so much history in that place.

just make the track and field team opt out for a year or two and build it there.

I remember when I had to go through registration in there. If you had to pull cards for a class you had to go on the floor area, gladiator event.
