So he basically said what i was saying in the off-season. Griff had no reason to go all in on Lowry.

Disagree with this, a lot.

The media narrative was absolutely destroying us when Zions side leaked all that bullshite before FA. “The Pelicans had to kill this offseason to have any hope of keeping Zion.”

How quickly we forget eh? He shot for the fences but couldn’t get Lowry or CP3 to commit. Had he not gone after them, he’d be getting crushed for “standing pat.”

RE: Lonzo
To me the question is, would you rather have Lonzo or Hart and Graham?
This team is in hell without them two and only Lonzo right now. He’s a perfect fit in Chicago as their 4th option and facilitator, but don’t expect me to buy that he’d be leading us to an over .500 record right now being probably our 2-3rd best option most nights. He’s too passive, it just what it is. And that’s too rich for 20M for what this team needs to still establish.

Lonzo is fools gold. Hard pass at 20M.

I said this multiple times it was stupid to even entertain the thought of going after those two. Dinwiddle I would have been ok with because he was alot younger.

With their age, they would just be using us as an early retirement check. Especially with Zion out, could you see either them playing? They’d be faking injuries.
