therefore the word started is not enough.
you mean since you started paying attention.
also:
around 1960
air force academy tied that years national champ iowa. both undefeated seasons.
afa ranked 6th.
had a big bowl.

i noticed those.
heck, coast guard was pretty good for a while there.
i witnessed a football game of enlisted men similar to the one in M.A.S.H. i dont know why generals think its a good idea.

Army isn’t just in an “uptick”...they’re enjoying their most consistent success since their glory days of the 20s 30s 40s and 50s. This is their golden era of “modern” football.

Army records since 2016

2016 - (8-5)
2017 - (10-3)
2018 - (11-2)
2019 - (5-8)
2020 - (9-3)
2021 - (9-4)

That’s five 8 win seasons, which for Army football is remarkable. Army football is beyond an “uptick” and its great to witness as an Army Veteran.
